So what actually happened and why now?
Spinal misalignments can occur for many reasons, sometimes as a result of stress and injuries, working at a desk or computer, etc.
Is there any stretches or exercises I can do?
Certainly, you can begin stretching and exercising as soon as you feel ready. We can provide you with some good stretches that will help.
How long will this take to feel better or be ‘fixed’?
As a Madison WI chiropractor it has been my experience that relief depends on how long this misalignment pattern has been going on. If your spinal decay shows this spinal problem has been present for several years it can take more time than more recent injuries.
How much will it cost?
Adjustments are $40 with a progress exam, $25. If the Dr. has recommended a series of adjustments, we will provide you with a total estimate. Your insurance may pay a portion, but not all of your care needed to stabilize.
Can spinal degeneration get better or go away?
The spinal degeneration that’s present is like water under the bridge – it doesn’t get better. With proper care and lifestyle changes it’s possible to slow down further deterioration and decay. Restoring your alignment is the first step in preventing further damage.
